Vivien Tang is a price reporting manager at Platts, part of S&P Global Energy. Throughout her four years at Platts, she has covered the grains and oilseeds market, specializing in Asian wheat, and has also conducted substantive research to support the launch of Platts’ new suite of animal protein assessments, before expanding her current portfolio to oversee Platts’ fertilizer assessments. Before joining Platts, Vivien was a fermentation scientist at a multinational flavor house, where her research focused on upcycling spent coffee and tea.
