All sessions are presented in English.
Sessions run 45 minutes and are open to all Expo attendees and exhibitors. Single-speaker and panel formats are both welcome (panels limited to 4 speakers plus a moderator). Presentations that are educational in nature tend to perform best.
Promotion includes website and mobile app listings with your logo, signage outside your meeting room, placement on conference schedule signage, social media highlights and three email promotions to pre-registered attendees. A list of scanned attendees is provided to the sponsor post-event.
