- Date & time of your Special Event
- Your company name (as listed in the exhibitor listing), stand # and logo
- Your Special Event title
- A 60-word description of the Special Event (no URL included)

On the Expo Website under the “Onsite Events” page
As part of the E-Mail Promotion to pre-registered attendees along with other Expo information via a link to the Onsite Events section on the Expo website
In the Expo Mobile App under the “Onsite Events” section of the event mobile app
On the Expo Social Media platforms (Facebook and X) along with other Expo Information and link directed to the “Onsite Events” page of the Expo.
