Singapore (10 September 2025)\u202f<\/strong>\u2013\u202f\u4e9a\u6d32\u6d77\u9c9c\u5c55<\/a>, organized by Diversified, announced the winner of the 3rd<\/sup>\u202fannual\u202fSeafood Excellence Asia awards today at the three-day seafood trade event taking place from 10-12 September in Singapore.\u202f Lam Kee Fisheries Pte Ltd won the Best New Product award for its\u202fretail\u202fproduct Snow Treasures Miso-Marinated Cod Cube (Singapore).\u202fThe awards for second and third place for Best New Product were given to Vinh Hoan Corporation (Vietnam)\u202ffor its\u202fProtein Pho Fusion\u202fand Gumusdoga Su Urunleri (Turkey)\u202ffor its\u202fFrozen Salmon Trout Fillet, respectively.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seafood Excellence Asia awards recognize the product leaders in the Asian seafood market. The winners were selected from a group of finalists representing new seafood products from around the world. The winning products were judged based on several criteria, including\u202feating experience, packaging, market potential, originality and convenience. 
 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A live judging took place in the Product Showcase by a panel of high-volume seafood buyers and industry experts from the retail and foodservice industries across Asia. The judges of the 2025 Seafood Excellence Asia awards included Central Food Wholesales Ltd. from Thailand, Emart from South Korea, SATS Catering from Singapore and Cold Storage and Giant from Singapore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seafood Excellence Asia awards competition is an extension of the Seafood Excellence awards featured at Seafood Expo North America and Seafood Expo Global, which consist of seafood buyers tasting, judging and selecting the best seafood products in the retail and HORECA (hotel\/restaurant\/catering) sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
